Seasons Change and Grief Is Part of the Process

We live in an ever changing world. The seasons change, relationships change, jobs change, our bodies change, etc. Change is not only a constant - it is a necessary constant. If you are not changing, you are not growing or expanding. 

For me, in order to live a meaningful and inspired life, I must embrace change even if it hurts or scares me. Even if I am reluctant and avoid it, it smacks me in the face until I take the natural leap forward. 

This is where I announce that I have realized it is time for my coaching business to shift gears and blossom into a truer representation of what lights me up and makes me feel alive.

Before I do, let's look at the part that we all hate. 

The part that we resist (get stuck in) is GRIEF. There is a grieving process that is natural just as the seasons are but only if we allow it. Since grief hurts we avoid it and make it mean something bad. I used to believe grief had to do with loss and emptiness.

Yet, grief is bigger than loss, loneliness, sadness, emptiness - grief is the major element of growth and expansion. All the peace, joy and safety you dream of are on the other side of the dark forest of grief. 

We must be willing to let go of what once was in order to arrive at the truest and most authentic version of ourselves. This version can only exist in the NOW. The past may beckon, the future may call, but the HERE AND NOW is where this version of you lives. 

It is also where “MORE” lives - more love, more peace, more joy, more creativity and more freedom. 

This means that I am embracing writing as a career and will be putting coaching aside. I am so excited for this new beginning and appreciate your support!

As some things change, some things remain the same.
